What’s the point of spending lots of time, effort and not to mention money on arranging a fantastic day for your VIP guests and friends only to find that they don’t turn up due to time constraints or traffic problems. Transporting your guests by helicopter overcomes these issues however trying to book a helicopter at the last minute invariably ends in disappointment. This year we are taking deposits for this season's calendar of Special Events with discounts available for early bookings.
For safety reasons, most event organisers operate a pre-booking Landing Slot system to control the flow of helicopter traffic with the prime-time slots allocated on a first come, first serve basis. These tend to be snapped up very quickly so don’t leave it too long to book or you may be disappointed or even miss out on the day out all together.
